Welcome to our website!

Since 2014 we are proud owners of a ground floor apartment in beautiful Greek Tolo. 
Our apartment is 75m2 and suitable for max. 4 persons,
has 2 bedrooms (both with a double bed) and a spacious terrace (40m2) with (side) sea view.
The apartment is at ground level, all rooms have air conditioning.
Located in a quiet side street of the main road, approximately 150 meters from the beach.

The ground floor flat of 75m2 is located via a sloping road about 150 meters walk from the sea, the terrace has its own entrance, directly on the street. the terrace is over 40m2, fenced and has in the morning and late afternoon sun. 

The living room and kitchen are tastefully decorated, the kitchen was completely renovated in 2022 and fully equipped with all cooking utensils, and a Nespresso machine. in the bookcase is everything to find, on the beach or on the terrace under the lemon tree to sit and read. 

The large bedroom on the terrace side is equipped with a boxpring (1.80 x 2.10) and ample closet space, also can here the present cot stand.
The rear bedroom has a double bed, ample closet space, and also a steam iron and ironing board.

The luxurious bathroom was completely renovated in 2021 and equipped with a spacious walk-in shower with a large rain shower, washbasin with (make-up) mirror, toilet and ample storage space.

🧿 Prices are per night, and in Euros 
🧿 Prices are inclusive of energy consumption for normal usage
🧿 Prices are exclusive of € 75,- obligatory final cleaning per stay
🧿 Prices are exclusive of € 200,- deposit per booking, which will be refunded within 14 days after your stay, possible chargeable damages will be deducted.
🧿 Available on the day of arrival from 15.00h, and departure on the last day at the latest at 11.00h. Or else by arrangement
